無間隙氧化鋅避雷器是目前國際上最先進(jìn)的過電壓保護(hù)器。它用于保護(hù)電氣設(shè)備免受大氣過電壓和操作過電壓的損壞，是電力系統(tǒng)安全運行的必備設(shè)備。

本公司從1984年開始生產(chǎn)氧化鋅壓敏電阻，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量居國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先，閥片殘壓比小，老化性能好，組裝成避雷器已通過原能源部及機(jī)電部的聯(lián)合鑒定。1994年進(jìn)一步通過電力部的電力設(shè)備及儀表質(zhì)量檢驗測試中心的檢測，證明閥片荷電率可提高到87%，能滿足原電力部安檢司及新國標(biāo)GB 11032-2000關(guān)于提高部分避雷器額定電壓和持續(xù)運行電壓的要求。1998年通過ISO9001國際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，并獲得電力部成套局、水電水利規(guī)劃局頒發(fā)的“入網(wǎng)證”，產(chǎn)品列入國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委頒發(fā)的“全國城鄉(xiāng)電網(wǎng)改造推薦設(shè)備名錄”。

本公司產(chǎn)品全部滿足或優(yōu)于GB 11032-2000、IEC 60099-4及其他相關(guān)部標(biāo)。

Metal oxide surge arrester without gaps is the most advanced over-voltage protector in the world. It is used in protecting electrical equipment to avoid damage from atmospheric over-voltage & operational over-voltage; it is indispensable equipment in safe run of power system.

Our company has manufactured zinc oxide varistor (ZnO) since 1984. The quality of our products is one-up in china, its residual voltage ratio is little and ageing performance is good. Our arresters, which are made of the varistor, have been approved by former energy sources ministry and machinery & electricity ministry of China. In 1994, our products passed the examines by the testing center of electric power equipment and instrument quality of Chinese electric power ministry again; the charge ratio of it was proved that may raise 87%. So our products can satisfy the requirement of former electric power safety examine ministry of China & the new Chinese national standard GB 11032-2000 about part arresters’ rated voltage & continuous operating voltage being boosted. Our company has passed the certificate of ISO9001 international quality system in 1998, and has gained the authorization certificate by the whole set bureau of electric power ministry and the programming bureau of water & electricity and water conservancy of China, the products of our company was brought into the directory of recommendatory equipment for city & countryside all over the China electric-network reconstructing by the committee of economy & trade of China.

Our products all can be satisfied with or be advance of GB 11032-2000、IEC 60099-4 and other correlative department standards.

原理特點Principle and characteristic

避雷器內(nèi)裝具有優(yōu)良非線性伏安特性的氧化鋅壓敏電阻片（其V-A特性如圖1所示），在正常工作電壓下呈高阻，泄漏電流僅微安級； 過電壓襲來時

U(kV)76立即轉(zhuǎn)為低阻，釋放能量，并過電壓幅值；過電壓消失后又立即恢復(fù)高阻，保證電力系統(tǒng)正常運行。

由于氧化鋅的這一優(yōu)良特性，使避雷器動作迅速，性3.07持續(xù)運行電壓峰值the peak of continuous operating voltage能穩(wěn)定，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，體積重量減小，維護(hù)簡便，通流容量大，殘壓低，壽命長。

產(chǎn)品說明書 microampere grade. While over-voltage harassing attacking, it translates low resistance immediately, releases energy and limits over-voltage range; it resumes large resistance immediately after over-voltage disappear, and ensurs electric power system running safely. Resultingly zinc oxide has the excellent characteristic, which gets arresters action rapid、structure simpleness、volume and weight decrease、maintenance simpleness and convenience、current capability large、residual voltage lowness and life lasting.

使用條件Conditions of use

2. 太陽光最大輻射不超過1.1kW/m2

1. 戶內(nèi)外均可，環(huán)境溫度 –40℃～+40℃

3. 海拔不超過1000m(超過選用高原型) 4. 電源頻率48Hz～62Hz

5. 長期施加在避雷器上的工頻電壓應(yīng)不超過避雷器的持續(xù)運行電壓 6. 最大風(fēng)速不超過35m/s，地震烈度8度及以下

7. 頂端水平拉力：200kV產(chǎn)品≤980N，100kV產(chǎn)品≤490N，51kV產(chǎn)品≤294N，其余產(chǎn)品≤147N 1. Indoor and outdoor may be, ambient temperature within the range of -40℃ to +40℃； 2. Maximum solar radiation should not exceed 1.1kW/m2;

3. No more than 1000m above sea-level (if it exceed the height, please select and use the products suitable for

plateau area)

4. Power frequency within the range of 48Hz to 62Hz;

5. The power frequency voltage which continuously applied on MOA should not exceed the continuous

operating voltage of MOA;

6. Maximum wind velocity should not exceed 35m/s, earthquake intensity is eight degree and below;

7. Horizontal pull on the top of MOA: 200kV MOA ≤980N, 100kV MOA ≤490N, 51kV MOA ≤294N, and

other MOA ≤147N.

使用維護(hù)Maintenance for use

1. 經(jīng)常測量運行電壓下的泄漏電流 (全電流或其阻性分量) ，應(yīng)不超過規(guī)定值，并記錄觀察比較。 2. 有條件應(yīng)定期測量直流1mA下參考電壓，不得低于規(guī)定值。

3. 無間隙避雷器絕對不允許做工頻放電電壓試驗，不得隨意破壞密封打開避雷器。

1. Continuously measuring leaking current under operating voltage (all –current or resistance current), it

should not exceed stated value, besides recording、observing and comparing them.

2. Reference voltage under d.c.1mA should be measured termly if condition maybe allowed, it should no be

low than stated value.

3. Metal oxide surge arrester without gaps is unallowed absolutely to do the testing of power-frequency

熱熔式脫離器Heat-melt disconnector

原理：Principle

脫離器是對避雷器進(jìn)行保護(hù)的一種脫離裝置，通常接在避雷器的下部。避雷器在正常運行時，脫離器不會影響工作；當(dāng)避雷器自身運行的穩(wěn)定性受到損害或避雷器已損壞時，脫離器迅速動作，避雷器接地線斷開，避雷器電位懸空退出運行。我公司脫離裝置采用熱熔式結(jié)構(gòu)，可用于復(fù)合外套和瓷外套兩種避雷器。它根據(jù)氧化鋅避雷器蛻變后工頻電流增大而設(shè)計，當(dāng)避雷器劣化時，熱量傳遞給脫離器，脫離動作并給出明顯標(biāo)志，使避雷器退出運行從而提高電網(wǎng)運行的可靠性，減少維修工作量，便于查找有故障的避雷器。

The disconnector is a disconnecting device to protect the arrester, usually it was joined the bottom of arrester. When the arrester is running normally， it will not influence the arrester’s working; while the stability of arrester itself running is damaged or the arrester has damaged, the disconnector will act rapidly and the grounded line of arrester breaks, the bottom of arrester is hanged in the air and the arrester stops running. The disconnecting device of our company adopts heat-melt structure, it may be used in the porcelain housing and the polymer housing of MOA. It is designed according to the power-frequency current of metal oxide surge arrester augmenting after the arrester is spallation, when the arrester damages, the quantity of heat from arrester itself will pass the disconnector, the disconnector acts and shows obvious sign. It flogs the arrester stop running, which advances reliability of electric- network run、reduces maintain- workload and can be convenient for lookup the malfunction arrester.
