Recently, college students' employment has become a hot topic. What amazes us most is that, according to the statistical chart. about 40 percent of college graduates cannot find proper job in 2022. It is true that the employment situation is no longer as optimistic as before.

There are many reasons explaining the huge unemployment pressure on college graduates. The main reason is that the supply of graduates is much more than the demand in the market.What is more, the economic development in recent
